DISCOVER LONDON

Camden

The London Borough of Camden forms part of inner London, with the southern parts of the Borough forming part of Central London.

Described as one of the liveliest boroughs, Camden is also home to London’s alternative trends and the centre of its underground music scene along with its plethora of live music venues. The Camden locks, along Regents Canal, is host to some of London’s greatest variety shopping with all styles and tastes in fashion, antiques, arts and crafts, bric-a-brac and music and much more – all inside the labyrinth of boutiques and markets.

Regents Park, with its open air theatre and zoo, lie to the south of the borough. For the intellectual there is the British library with its collection of 150 million books, magazines, CD’s and DVD’s covering a total of 625km of shelving.
